It is a pleasure to note that Nina Khrichenko, accompanist of the "Starolyadensky Rural House of Culture" branch, was awarded a third-degree diploma in the "Prypevachnitsy" (Chastushki singers) nomination.
Yury Dokshanin, accompanist of the Department of Non-stationary Forms of Public Services of the State Cultural Institution "Lepel District House of Culture", was awarded a second-degree diploma in the "Garmonisty" (Accordion players) nomination.
