The State Automobile Inspectorate recommends that drivers comply with the established Rules. Quad bikes, due to their technical characteristics and design features, are not intended for use in road traffic. Their owners must choose locations for travel that do not pose a threat to public safety or cause damage to the environment and agricultural lands.
Upon identification of offenses committed by drivers of all-terrain vehicles, measures to ensure criminal and administrative proceedings will be applied in the established manner, including the detention and compulsory towing of the vehicle to a secured parking lot.
