The State Automobile Inspectorate reminds that exceeding the established speed limit by a person driving a vehicle:

from 10 to 20 km/h - entails a fine of up to one base amount;

- from 20 to 30 km/h - entails a fine of one to three base amounts;

- from 30 to 40 km/h - entails a fine of three to ten base amounts;

- more than 40 km/h - entails a fine of eight to twelve base amounts;

- exceeding the speed limit by more than 20 km/h repeatedly within one year after the imposition of an administrative penalty entails a fine of five to fifteen base amounts or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of up to one year.

Remember, not only your life and health depend on you, but also the life and health of other road users! Observe the speed limit.
