The Grand Prix of the "Art Parade in Vitebsk" festival was awarded to representatives from Belarus and China.

Evelina Zakharenko and Li Qingbo became the Grand Prix winners of the "Art Parade in Vitebsk" festival.

Creative youth and children from 25 countries took part in the III International Festival-Competition "Art Parade in Vitebsk", which took place from January 7 to 9 in the regional center. The Grand Prix winners of the festival were Evelina Zakharenko from Belarus and Li Qingbo from China.
