Decree No. 3 "On Promoting Employment of the Population"
In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 No. 3 "On Promoting Employment of the Population" (as amended by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 25, 2018 No. 1), by the decision of the Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the District Executive Committee) dated May 8, 2018 No. 420, a permanent commission for coordinating the work on promoting employment of the population of the Lepel district has been established in the district.

The commission meeting is held on the second and fourth Friday of each month (if necessary, on every Wednesday of the month and/or another day of the week). The meeting time is 09:00. The venue is the meeting room of the District Executive Committee (first floor).

Able-bodied citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons who have obtained a permit for permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus and a residence permit in the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as citizens) not employed in the economy are citizens aged from 18 to the generally established retirement age who do not belong to the following categories of persons:
- citizens considered employed in the economy in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Regulation approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 31.03.2018 No. 239;
- citizens not belonging to able-bodied citizens not employed in the economy in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Regulation approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 31.03.2018 No. 239.

HOW TO FIND OUT IF A CITIZEN IS CLASSIFIED AS NOT EMPLOYED IN THE ECONOMY
Algorithm of actions for citizens whose information is excluded from the database of able-bodied citizens not employed in the economy, when they apply directly to the commission
A citizen who has received information about their inclusion in the database of employable citizens not engaged in the economy (hereinafter referred to as the database) has the right to apply to the Commission for Coordination of Work to Promote Employment of the Population of Lepel District (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) to change their status and be exempted from paying for services with full reimbursement of economically justified costs for their provision due to being in a difficult life situation.
To change the status of a citizen not engaged in the economy to the status of a citizen engaged in the economy, it is necessary to provide the Commission with documents confirming the citizen's employment.
Information confirming the citizen's employment can be provided to the Commission both in person and by postal service, including to the Commission's email address.
In accordance with the second paragraph of clause 6 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 No. 3 "On Promoting Employment of the Population", commissions are granted the right to fully or partially exempt citizens not engaged in the economy from the obligation to pay for services at prices (tariffs) that ensure full reimbursement of economically justified costs for their provision due to being in a difficult life situation.
