Practical training sessions with ideological personnel of the district's enterprises and organisations were held in Borovka at the base of the State Enterprise DRAC "Zhemchuzhina". At the children's rehabilitation and health resort centre, guests were introduced to a wide range of medical and health-improvement services provided here to children from the regions of Belarus affected by the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident. Simultaneously, nearly five hundred children are recovering and studying at the secondary school here. The rehabilitation course is designed for 24 days. During school holidays, festive days, and other opportunities, available premises are provided for health improvement to all who wish, including adults. People come here with their entire families not only from all over Belarus but also from Russia. Through the provision of various paid services, including medical ones, the State Enterprise DRAC "Zhemchuzhina" operates on a self-supporting basis, without using budget funds to pay its employees.

The director of the enterprise, Vera Zakrevskaya, spoke in detail about all this. She conducted a short tour of the "Zhemchuzhina" buildings. Representatives of the district's ideological activists also took a keen interest in the visual agitation stands, the informational presentation of the daily activities of the work collective, and the diverse rehabilitation and health-improvement work carried out here.

The visit to the office of ideology of the Belarusian state, with its tastefully decorated stands, informative content, and witty presentation of material, left an unforgettable impression.
