Import substitution projects will be implemented in 2012 at 39 enterprises of communal property and without departmental subordination in the Vitebsk region, the Economics Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee informed a BELTA correspondent. The volume of production of import-substituting goods is projected at $86 million, which is 19% more than in the current year. The implementation of export-oriented projects is envisaged at the enterprises "Polimerkonstruktsiya", "Energokomplekt", "LLK-Naftan", "Interservis", Verkhnedvinsk Butter and Cheese Factory, enterprises of the Vitebsk Concern "Myaso-molochne produkty", "Vitebskpishcheprom", as well as woodworking, machine-building, footwear and garment industries. Currently, within the framework of the list of import-substituting goods assigned to the regional executive committees, 27 types of products have been mastered in the region.
