informs about the results of the public discussion of the architectural and planning concept
for the facility "Construction of an administrative building at the address: Vitebsk region, Lepel district, Lepelsky s/s, 2"
The project client is the limited liability company "LODE", the project developer is the architectural bureau of the limited liability company "LODE".
The public discussion of the architectural and planning concept for the facility "Construction of an administrative building at the address: Vitebsk region, Lepel district, Lepelsky s/s, 2" (hereinafter referred to as the object of public discussion) was held from 19 October 2022 to 2 November 2022 (inclusive).
The object of public discussion is located on the land plot with cadastral number 222782014601000003,
at the address: Vitebsk region, Lepel district, Lepelsky s/s, 2, provided to LLC "LODE" for the maintenance and servicing of buildings and structures.
A notice on the public discussion of the architectural and planning concept of the object for public discussion was posted on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by (13.10.2022) in the section “Public Discussions”, on the information board of the Lepel District Executive Committee and in the district newspaper “Lepelski Krai” (No. 82 dated 14.10.2022).
The exhibition materials of the architectural and planning concept of the object for public discussion and the logbook for receiving written comments and (or) proposals from participants of the public discussion were placed in the foyer on the 1st floor of the building of the Lepel District Executive Committee at the address: Lepel city, Leninskaya Street, 6, from October 19, 2022, to November 2, 2022 (inclusive).
The exhibition materials of the object for public discussion included:
architectural design (general explanatory note);
architectural design (master plan).
During the public discussion of the architectural and planning concept of the object for public discussion, comments and (or) proposals from participants
no objections to the implementation of the object of public discussion or proposals supporting the implementation of the object were received.
Conclusions and proposals based on the results of the public discussion:
1. The public discussion of the architectural and planning concept of the object "Construction of an administrative building at the address: Vitebsk region, Lepel district, Lepel village council, 2" is considered to have taken place.
2. Submit the draft object of public discussion for consideration by the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
