Information on the results of public discussions of the architectural and planning concept for the facility "40-apartment residential building on Kalinin Street in Lepel"

The Lepel District Executive Committee hereby informs about the results of the public discussion of the architectural and planning concept for the construction of the facility "40-apartment residential building on Kalinin Street in Lepel" (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Lepel District Executive Committee hereby informs about the results of the public discussion of the architectural and planning concept for the construction of the facility "40-apartment residential building on Kalinin Street in Lepel" (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

Customer: Subsidiary Unitary Enterprise "Capital Construction Department of Lepel District".

The public discussion was held in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 1, 2016 No. 687 (hereinafter referred to as Regulation No. 687), in the form of informing individuals and legal entities and analyzing public opinion.

The notice on the public discussion of the architectural and planning concept of the facility "40-apartment residential building on Kalinin Street in Lepel" contained the necessary information in accordance with clause 9, chapter 1, clause 20, chapter 2 of Regulation No. 687.

The notice on the public discussion of the facility was published in the district newspaper "Lepelski Krai" in the issue of July 21, 2020, No. 61 (11826), on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee on the Internet – www.lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by in the special section "Public Discussions" and was posted on the 1st floor in the lobby of the main entrance of the Lepel District Executive Committee.

The public discussion took place from August 12, 2020 to September 5, 2020 inclusive.

The exhibition of the architectural and planning concept for the construction of the facility was held at the Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Lepel District Executive Committee from August 12, 2020 to August 26, 2020, daily, except Saturdays and Sundays – from 8:00 to 17:00 in office No. 107 on the 1st floor of the Lepel District Executive Committee building at the address: Lepel, Leninskaya Street, building 6.

During the period of the public discussion, no comments and/or proposals were received from the public.
