Kristina Dorokhova, a member of the Commission on Culture and Interethnic Relations of the Youth Council under the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, held a presentation meeting as part of the information and prevention project "Youth Shield".

The meeting was held with the working youth of the State Forestry Institution "Lepel Forest Enterprise".

During the meeting, issues concerning the prevention of drug trafficking and consumption were raised. The youth were also explained the norms of administrative and criminal liability within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

The event is aimed at countering the illicit trafficking of narcotic substances and preventing drug addiction among young people.

Ekaterina Baranovskaya, the First Secretary of the Lepel District Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union (BRSM), also took part in the event.
