The group also included the Chairman of the Lepel District Court, Mikhail Yurchenko, the Head of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the district executive committee, Svetlana Sheveleva, and other representatives of the authorities.

The main topic of the meeting was the All-Belarusian People's Assembly – a guarantor of political stability and sovereignty.
Svetlana Sheveleva explained the purpose for which the All-Belarusian People's Assembly was created, outlined the key issues that were considered at each Assembly, the legal status and concept of the Assembly, and the election of delegates to the seventh Assembly.

— The All-Belarusian People's Assembly is a reliable support for both the people and the authorities. This political institution, designed to be a guarantor of the country's political stability and sovereignty, was established in 1996 on the initiative of the Head of State.

On April 24-25, the first meeting of the VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly will take place. The Head of State instructed to make this event "especially solemn, significant, and memorable," as the upcoming meeting of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly will be held for the first time with constitutional status.

Mikhail Yurchenko spoke about the responsibility for registering on Internet resources recognized as extremist, distributing extremist materials on the global internet, and measures to counter extremism.
— The Law "On Counteracting Extremism" defines the basic terms, in particular, it clarifies the concepts of extremism, extremist materials, organizations and formations, symbols and attributes, and financing of extremist activities. Measures to counteract extremism are also defined.
He emphasized that law enforcement agencies are carrying out serious work to identify extremist materials, including on the global Internet. Administrative responsibility is provided for the distribution, production, storage, and transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activity or promoting such activity.

Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Sergey Bystritsky, spoke about the socio-economic development of the district, including the construction industry.

As was noted, one of the main indicators of the district's development is the commissioning of housing. What buildings will be erected, unauthorized construction, simplified procedures for construction and reconstruction of housing – these and other issues were raised by Sergey Mikhailovich.

At the end of the meeting, attendees had the opportunity to ask representatives of the authorities their questions of interest.
