The Decree has been adopted to enhance the effective use of the tourist infrastructure facilities of the Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park and further develop cross-border tourism. Foreign citizens will be able to use the visa-free regime through the "Pererov-Belovezha" border crossing point.
The basis for visa-free entry into the Republic of Belarus, exit from the Republic of Belarus at the border crossing point, and temporary stay within the territory of the national park for up to 3 days is a document granting a foreign citizen the right to visit the national park.
A foreign citizen intending to visit the national park, upon visa-free entry into the Republic of Belarus and exit from the Republic of Belarus at the border crossing point, is obliged to present a valid travel document for exit abroad and a document granting the right to visit the national park.
The Council of Ministers, in accordance with the decree, is required within three months to develop and approve the form of the document granting a foreign citizen the right to visit the national park, and to determine the procedure for foreign citizens to visit the national park.
