The Ministry of Taxes and Duties Inspectorate for Lepel District informs business entities about the provision of an additional period of time for the implementation of the traceability and marking mechanism for goods.

Amendments have been made to the Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 29.07.2011 No. 1030 "On Goods Subject to Labelling" and of 23.04.2021 No. 250 "On the Implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2020 No. 496".

1. The list of goods, the circulation of which is subject to traceability (hereinafter referred to as the list), has been **optimised**.

2. The **deadline for introducing traceability** for household appliances has been changed from October 1, 2025, to March 1, 2026, as well as the deadline for submitting information on their balances – until July 1, 2026, but no later than the commencement of circulation of such goods.

3. The **procedure for classifying goods** specified in the list as goods subject to traceability has been **clarified**.

4. The **deadline for marking** non-alcoholic beverages and juices with identification means has been changed from October 1, 2025, to May 1, 2026.

5. Used mobile phones and laptops, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, have been **excluded from the list** of goods subject to marking with identification means.
