Business entities are granted the right, with respect to goods subject to identification marking sold in rural areas and in retail outlets with a retail space of less than 200 square meters, not to ensure by March 1, 2029:

  • maintaining differentiated accounting;

  • reading of marking codes by cash registers;

  • transferring information about the sale of marked goods to the cash register control system.

A similar right regarding the non-maintenance of differentiated accounting and the transfer of information about the sale of marked goods to the cash register control system until March 1, 2029, is granted to:

  • the national postal operator;

  • legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are entitled not to use cash registers.

The possibility has been provided for medical workers in rural areas where there are no pharmacies to sell medical devices and pharmacy goods without using cash registers.
