In order to simplify the processes of selling goods subject to marking with unified control marks and to prevent the formation of queues in retail outlets, amendments have been made to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of 06.07.2011 No. 924/16 "On the use of cash registers and other equipment when accepting payment instruments".
From July 1, 2025, for goods marked with unified control marks (vegetable oil, coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beverages, and others), the requirement to scan them with cash register equipment, maintain differentiated accounting, and transmit information about the sale of such goods to the cash register control system has been abolished.
For goods subject to marking with identification means (dairy products, footwear, tires, and certain light industry goods (outerwear, table linen, bed linen, and kitchen linen)), the obligation to scan the identification means and transmit information to the CCCS remains.
