The Vitebsk Regional Property Committee, in conjunction with district executive committees, has updated the list of unused real estate properties that can be transferred to investors on a gratuitous basis for the implementation of investment projects, or put up for auction at a base rate.
This list includes 116 real estate properties. The largest number of properties are offered in Gluboksky and Ushachsky districts.
The committee has also compiled a list of 92 production sites to offer to investors for the creation of new and expansion of existing production facilities. Their total area is 506 hectares.
The largest unused production site offered is the former brick factory located in Rossony district, near the village of Albrechtovo.
The production complex includes 24 buildings and structures with an area of 25,815 sq.m. Natural gas and water supply are connected to the factory premises, and there is an electricity supply.
