Improvement today is not just a separate sphere of life, but a part of social policy, ensuring comfortable conditions for residents and sustainable development of the country. This idea was illustrated with numerous examples by Roman Koltsa, Chairman of the Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, who spoke at the meeting.

By the end of 2025, a significant volume of work has been carried out to improve facilities and adjacent territories. More than 41 thousand trees and 29 thousand shrubs were planted in settlements, and 25 hectares of lawns were created and repaired. Vitebsk region was adorned with 3.5 million flowering plants, which is almost twice as many as in 2024. 20 sports grounds were equipped and repaired.

The meeting was attended by Nikolay Viktorovich Latyshev, Deputy Chairman of the Lepel District Executive Committee.
