Of the total commissioned area, 7,749 square meters of housing were built by individual developers. The share of individual housing construction amounted to over 64%. In rural areas, 3,292 square meters of housing were commissioned, and in the city, 4,457 square meters of housing were commissioned.
The commissioning of housing for citizens registered as needing improved housing conditions with the use of state support during the specified period amounted to 5,711 square meters, or 99.5%, against a plan of 5,740 square meters.
The target for commissioning residential buildings using electricity for heating, hot water supply, and cooking was met, with 1,925 square meters commissioned against a target of 200 square meters.
For large families in 2022, over 2,576 square meters of housing were commissioned. 41 large families were able to improve their housing conditions by building 39 apartments in apartment buildings (2,245 square meters) and 3 single-family houses (331 square meters).
To implement the State Program "Housing Construction" for 2021-2025, the development of the urban planning project "Detailed Plan of the Central Part of Lepel City" is currently being completed. The implementation of the design solutions of the urban planning project (until 2035) will allow for the construction of apartment buildings with a total area of 24,000 square meters of housing on the vacant territories of Lepel city.
In addition, the development of design documentation for the object "Development Project of the Western Microdistrict in Lepel City" is planned for 2023. The implementation of this project will provide individual housing for over 100 families.
In order to develop rural settlements, it is planned to complete the development of urban planning projects in 2023: "General Plan with a detailed planning map of the north-eastern part of Domzheritsy village, Lepel district" and "General Plan with a detailed planning map of the eastern part of Stai agro-town, Lepel district". The implementation of the design solutions of the above-mentioned documentation will allow the construction of over 25,000 square meters of housing in these settlements.
In addition, socially significant facilities were commissioned in 2022:
"Children's Rehabilitation and Health Centre 'Zhemchuzhina' in Borovka settlement, Lepel district. A dormitory building for 166 places";
"Restoration of a 19th-century architectural monument for a local history museum (former wine bottling warehouse building) on Sovetskaya Street in Lepel town".
