For the convenience of examinees, as well as to prevent conflict and dispute situations, it is envisaged that qualification examinations will be recorded not only on video but also by audio.
A person who has passed the theoretical examination is admitted to the practical examination, regardless of the time elapsed since passing the theory. And when scheduling the practical examination, the number of previous attempts and the time period are not taken into account. The subsequent examination is scheduled no earlier than 10 days from the day following the last examination.
We remind you that the practical examination on a training vehicle is conducted in two stages: the first stage is on the training ground (closed area) and the second is on a route in real traffic conditions. Passing all stages of the practical examination is possible only in one MREO of the State Automobile Inspectorate.
Some conditions for passing the practical examination have been adjusted.
At the first stage, after completing an element (reverse parking into a box or diagonal parking), the examinee must return to the starting position. Among the points when an element is not counted as passed, two more have been added:
- starting to move without releasing the parking brake;
- unfastened seat belt.
Cases where the practical examination at the second stage is considered not passed have been supplemented with the following points:
- if the engine stalls two or more times;
- in case of failure to follow the examiner's instructions.
The results of passing the theoretical and practical examination stages will be entered by the examiner into the automated information system of the State Automobile Inspectorate.
We wish everyone success in passing their examinations.
