Notice of grounds for recognizing residential buildings as vacant

The Commission for the Inspection of the Condition of Residential Buildings, within the framework of implementing Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 116 of March 24, 2021, No. 116 "On the Alienation of Residential Buildings in Rural Areas and Improving Work with Vacant Houses," hereby informs about the grounds for recognizing residential buildings located at the addresses specified in the appendix as vacant.

The Commission for the Inspection of the Condition of Residential Buildings, within the framework of implementing Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 116 of March 24, 2021, No. 116 "On the Alienation of Residential Buildings in Rural Areas and Improving Work with Vacant Houses," hereby informs about the grounds for recognizing residential buildings located at the addresses specified in the appendix as vacant.

In the event of an intention to use the residential building for habitation, the rights holders must, within 1 month from the date of publication of this notice, inform the Lepel District Executive Committee thereof, via e-mail (ot.lepel2016@yandex.ru), telephone (8-02132-6-70-05), or postal mail (Vitebsk region, Lepel city, Leninskaya street, 6).

In the event of failure to submit the notification within the specified period, and subsequently, failure to take measures within one year to bring the residential building and the land plot on which it is located into a state suitable for their intended use, the Lepel District Executive Committee will, by its decision, include the house in the register of vacant houses, with subsequent seizure by court decision.
