Notice of public discussion in the form of informing and analyzing public opinion on the urban planning project "Detailed Plan of the Central Part of Lepel Town"

The Lepel District Executive Committee, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2011 No. 687, hereby notifies about the public discussion in the form of information dissemination and public opinion analysis of the urban planning project "Detailed Plan of the Central Part of Lepel Town" (hereinafter referred to as the urban planning project), developed by UP "BELNIIPGRADOSTROITELSTVA".

The area of the territory within which the urban planning project is planned to be implemented is 360.0 hectares.

The territory under consideration is bounded by:

to the north – Lake Lepelskoye and the riverbeds of the Ulla and Essa rivers;

to the east – Ulyanka Street, Sovetskaya Street, power line corridor;

to the southeast – M3 Minsk-Vitebsk highway;

to the south – Partizanskaya Street and Chuykova Street;

to the west – Lobanka Street, Voykova Street, Borisovsky Tract up to the Essa riverbed.

The main objectives of the urban planning development of the central part of Lepel town are:

to enhance the urban planning value of the city center;

to preserve and develop its historical and cultural potential;

to implement the housing policy program;

to comprehensively develop this territory in conjunction with the planning and functional organization of the city;

to create a safe, accessible, favorable, and diverse living environment for present and future generations.

The public discussion will commence on August 2, 2021, and conclude on August 26, 2021 (inclusive).

The exhibition and other materials of the urban planning project can be viewed from August 2, 2021, to August 16, 2021 (inclusive), daily except Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in office No. 107 on the 1st floor of the District Executive Committee building at the address: Lepel town, Leninskaya St., 6.

The project presentation will take place on August 5, 2021, at 2:00 PM in the large hall of the District Executive Committee at the address: Lepel town, Leninskaya St., 6.
