The Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Lepel District Executive Committee), in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 1, 2011 No. 687, hereby notifies of the public discussion to be held in the form of information dissemination and public opinion analysis of the urban planning project "General Plan with a Detailed Planning Plan for the South-Eastern Part of the Settlement Borovka, Lepel District", developed by UP "Institute Vitebskgrazhdanproekt".

The General Plan is being developed for the entire territory of the settlement Borovka, on a land plot of 149.13 hectares.

The territory of the detailed plan is located in the south-eastern part of the settlement Borovka within the boundaries:

to the north - the republican highway Minsk-Vitebsk, the territory of KUP DROC "Zhemchuzhina" and the industrial zone territory of the settlement Borovka;

to the south - the shoreline of Lake Shchybot;

to the south-west - the residential area of the settlement Borovka with public facilities;

to the south-east - the territory of GLKHU "Krupsky Military Forestry"

Project Objective

implementation of the housing policy program;

comprehensive development of this territory in conjunction with the planning and functional organization of the settlement Borovka;

creation of a safe, accessible, favourable and diverse living environment for present and future generations.

The public discussion will commence on July 12, 2021 and conclude on August 5, 2021 inclusive.

Observations and/or proposals regarding the public discussion will be accepted during the public discussion period from July 12, 2021, to August 5, 2021, inclusive. Written observations and/or proposals can be submitted from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the public discussion log, available from the chairperson of the Borovsky Rural Executive Committee; by postal service to the address: 211194, Borovka village, house 13A, Borovsky Rural Executive Committee; 211174, Lepel city, Leninskaya Street, 6, Lepel District Executive Committee; by using the website: lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by.

Received observations and/or proposals regarding the public discussion of the object will be forwarded for consideration to the architecture and urban planning council of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, represented by the chief architect of the Vitebsk region, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Yu. Ch. Vyzhykovsky.

Information on the results of the public discussion will be available on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by in the section "Public Discussions", on the information boards of the Lepel District Executive Committee and the Borovsky Rural Executive Committee, and in the mass media.
