The Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Lepel District Executive Committee) in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 1, 2011 No. 687, hereby notifies about the commencement of public discussions.
The Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Lepel District Executive Committee) in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 1, 2011 No. 687, hereby notifies about the commencement of public discussions in the form of informing legal entities and individuals, including individual entrepreneurs, and analysing public opinion (hereinafter referred to as informing and analysing public opinion) of the urban planning project "General Plan with a Detailed Planning Plan for the North-Eastern Part of the Settlement of Domzheritsy, Lepel District", developed by UP "BELNIIGRADOSTROITELSTVO" (hereinafter referred to as the Project).
The General Plan is being developed for the entire territory of the settlement of Domzheritsy, on a land plot of 77.7 hectares. As part of the Project, a detailed planning plan for the north-eastern part of the settlement of Domzheritsy with public facilities has been developed:
to the north - the territory of the State Nature Protection Institution "Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve";
to the south - residential development of the settlement of Domzheritsy with public facilities;
to the south-west - residential development of the settlement of Domzheritsy;
to the south-east - the territory of the State Nature Protection Institution "Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve".
Project Objectives:
implementation of the housing policy program;
comprehensive development of this territory in conjunction with the planning and functional organisation of the settlement of Domzheritsy;
creation of a safe, accessible, favourable and diverse living environment for current and future generations.

The public discussion will commence on January 17, 2022 and conclude on February 10, 2022 inclusive.
To familiarise yourself with the exhibition and other materials of the urban planning
The project can be reviewed during the period from January 17, 2022, to January 31, 2022, inclusive, daily, except Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the building of the Domzheritskoye Rural Executive Committee at the following address: Vitebsk region, Lepel district, Domzheritskoye s/s, Domzheritsy village, Tsentralnaya Street, bld. 8.The project presentation will take place on January 20, 2022, at 2:00 PM in the building of the Domzheritskoye Rural Executive Committee at the following address: Vitebsk region, Lepel district, Domzheritskoye s/s, Domzheritsy village, Tsentralnaya Street, bld. 8.
Comments and/or proposals regarding the public discussion will be accepted during the period of the public discussion from January 17, 2022, to February 10, 2022, inclusive. Written comments and/or proposals can be submitted from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the public discussion logbook, which is held by the chairperson of the Domzheritskoye Rural Executive Committee; by postal service to the address: 211188, Domzheritsy village, Tsentralnaya Street, bld. 8, Domzheritskoye Rural Executive Committee; 211174, Lepel city, Leninskaya Street, 6, Lepel District Executive Committee; or via the website: lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by.
Received comments and/or proposals concerning the public discussion of the object will be forwarded for consideration to the architectural and urban planning council of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, represented by the chief architect of the Vitebsk region, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Yu. Ch. Vyzhykovsky.
Information on the results of the public discussion will be available on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee at lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by in the section "Public Discussions", on the information boards of the Lepel District Executive Committee and the Domzheritskoye Rural Executive Committee, and in the mass media.
A notice regarding the public discussion of the Project, including its graphical part, has been posted on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee, as well as on the information boards of the District Executive Committee, the Domzheritskoye Rural Executive Committee, and in the issue of the district newspaper "Lepelski Krai" dated January 4, 2022.
