Notification of the results of public discussion

The Lepel District Executive Committee informs about the results of the public discussion of the urban planning project "General Plan with a Detailed Planning Map of the North-Eastern Part of the Settlement of Domzheritsy, Lepel District".

The public discussion was held in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.06.2016 No. 687, in the form of informing individuals and legal entities and analysing public opinion.

The public discussion of the urban planning project "General Plan with a Detailed Planning Map of the North-Eastern Part of the Settlement of Domzheritsy, Lepel District" was held from 17 January 2022 to 10 February 2022 inclusive.

Information on the public discussion of the urban planning project was published:

in the district newspaper "Lepelski Krai" No. 1 (11974) dated 4 January 2022;

on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by in the section "Public Discussions" (03.01.2022).

In addition, a notice of the public discussion was posted on the information board of the Lepel District Executive Committee and the Domzheritsy Rural Executive Committee.

The exhibition of the urban planning project was held from 17 January 2022 to 31 January 2022 inclusive, daily (except Saturdays and Sundays) from 8⁰⁰ to 17⁰⁰ in the building of the Domzheritsy Rural Executive Committee at the address: Vitebsk Region, Lepel District, Domzheritsky s/s, village Domzheritsy, Tsentralnaya Street, bld. 8. The exhibition materials included: graphical part (general plan map of the settlement of Domzheritsy and detailed planning map of the south-eastern part of the settlement of Domzheritsy) and textual materials (explanatory note to the urban planning project).

The project presentation was held on 20

January 2022 at 14⁰⁰ in the building of the Domzheritsy Rural Executive Committee at the address: Vitebsk region, Lepel district, Domzheritsky s/s, Domzheritsy village, Tsentralnaya Street, bld. 8.

During the public discussion of the urban development project, one remark and proposal were received, which were sent for consideration to the regional architectural and urban planning council of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the council).

The minutes of the council meeting of January 24, 2022, the minutes of the Lepel District Executive Committee, and the response to the remark and proposal received during the public discussion of the urban development project can be found on the website of the Lepel District Executive Committee in the "Public Discussions" section.

The minutes of the public discussion of the District Executive Committee, the response to the remark and proposal will be published in the district newspaper "Lepelski Krai".
