The Lepel District Executive Committee hereby informs about the results of the public discussion of the urban planning project for detailed planning
"Detailed Plan of the Central Part of Lepel Town"
The public discussion was held in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.06.2016 No. 687, in the form of informing individuals and legal entities and analysing public opinion.
The public discussion was held from 2 to 26 August 2021 inclusive.
Information on the public discussion of the urban planning project was published:
in the district newspaper "Lepelski Krai" No. 58 (11926) dated 23 July 2021.
on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by in the section "Public Discussions" (20.07.2021).
The project exhibition was held from 2 to 16 August 2021 (inclusive) daily, except Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 to 17:00 in office No. 107 on the 1st floor of the district executive committee building at the address: Lepel town, Leninskaya Street, building 6. The exhibition materials included: graphical part (detailed planning map of the central part of Lepel town) and textual materials (explanatory notes to the urban planning project).
The project presentation was held on 5 August 2021 from 14:00 to 15:00 in the large hall of the district executive committee at the address: Lepel town, Leninskaya Street, building 6.
No proposals from the public regarding the time and place of the meeting for the discussion of the urban planning project were received.
During the public discussion of the urban planning project, no remarks or proposals concerning the urban planning project were received.
