The educational institution "Secondary School No. 3 of Lepel" hosted the competition-game "I Would Become a Rescuer, Teach Me!", which has become a tradition at the school, as it is held annually. The participants were young rescuers from the 6th grades, who were divided into three teams.
The competitions began with a greeting from the participating teams, followed by the "Young Propagandist" competition. The children had prepared anti-fire leaflets in advance, and they took the task very seriously. In the "Agitator" competition, a short story was created in 3 minutes using items found at a fire scene. In the "Fire is a Friend, Fire is an Enemy" competition, the schoolchildren answered questions from a life safety test, demonstrating their knowledge of actions in various emergency situations. The teams also competed in their ability to put on firefighter-rescuer combat gear, gas masks, tie a rescue knot, call the fire service, and provide assistance and transport to a victim.
At the end of the competitions, the EMERCOM employee presented the winners with certificates, wished them success in their studies, all the best in life, to remember to follow fire safety rules, and to share their knowledge with friends and relatives, and for those who dreamed of becoming rescuers, to definitely make their dream come true.
