A bright and uncompromising competition of young rescuers-firefighters of Lepel district

The district stage of the young rescuers-firefighters club competition took place in Lepel district, with five teams participating: "Molniya" (Lightning) from the Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 1 of Lepel", "Ogniborets" (Firefighter) from the Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 3 of Lepel", "Iskra" (Spark) from the Educational Institution "Gymnasium named after I.M. Erashov of Lepel", "Goryashchiye serdtsa" (Burning Hearts) from the Educational Institution "Zaslonovskaya Secondary School of Lepel District", and "Fakel" (Torch) from the Educational Institution "Borovskaya Secondary School named after G.K. Zhukov of Lepel District".

The event commenced with a general assembly and the ceremonial opening of the rally.

The first challenge for the young rescuers was the "Marching Inspection" competition. The participants demonstrated their drill skills to the jury, loudly chanting slogans and singing marching songs.

In the "Firefighting Crossfit" and "Combat Deployment" competitions, the schoolchildren showcased their firefighting skills, speed, and agility, performing combat deployments and donning firefighter protective gear at speed. Jury members observed every marching step of the young rescuers, checked the correct connection of firefighting equipment, and the accuracy of putting on protective clothing.

In the "Connoisseurs" competition, participants were required to answer 30 questions related to life safety within 30 minutes.

Next, the participants had the opportunity to express their creativity. Each team was assigned a homework task to prepare a creative musical performance about their contribution to fire prevention, their attitude towards safety, their love for the Motherland, their friendship with the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the importance of their participation in the young rescuers-firefighters movement. During the competition, the activists danced, sang, performed sketches, and recited safety rules.

All competitions were held in a vibrant and uncompromising struggle between the competing teams.

Following the rally, third place was awarded to the "Molniya" team from the Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 1 of Lepel", and second place to the "Fakel" team from the Educational Institution "Borovskaya Secondary School named after G.K. Zhukov of Lepel District". The winner...
