The final stage of the republican campaign "Do not leave children unattended!" dedicated to the International Children's Day was held on Freedom Square in Lepel, where rescuers organised a real celebration for the children.
Bright interactive areas set up by the rescuers helped adults and young participants of the campaign to revise vital rules. Every participant of the event found interesting and useful contests for themselves.
During the discussions, the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees emphasised to adults the unacceptability of leaving children unattended and the importance of teaching the younger generation safety rules from an early age.
While rescuers were talking to parents, children spent their time productively, participating in various quizzes and contests such as: "Tic-Tac-Toe", "Safety Championship", "5 Steps to Rescue" cubes, "Dangerous-Safe", "Assemble the Puzzle", and many others.
Children also had the opportunity to feel like real rescuers. Everyone could sit behind the wheel of a fire engine, put on an isolating gas mask and breathe in it, and compete in putting on the combat uniform of a firefighter rescuer.
All participants of the event received not only useful knowledge but also a boost of good mood!
