The name of the young singer, a student of the Children's Art School, Yana Strelchenka, is well known to the residents of Lepel District. Yana sang her first song, "I Will Be the Queen," when she was only five years old. Like a bright star, Yana began to delight numerous fans of her creativity at festive concerts and town celebrations. Her performance at the concert dedicated to the 570th anniversary of the Children's Art School, at the celebration of the 570th anniversary of Lepel in the summer amphitheater, and at other events, left no one indifferent. Yana successfully performed at the republican children's rehabilitation and health resort center "Zhemchuzhina," sang on the stage of the Palace of Culture in Novolukoml, etc.

In April, the young singer became a third-degree laureate at the international children's creativity competition "Cup of Europe" and a laureate of the correspondence international competition "Stars of the New Century." And in October, Yana brought fame to Lepel at the republican competition "Golden Lyre," which was held at the Palace of Trade Unions in Minsk. 12 contestants participated in the age category from six to eight years old, in the nomination "Pop Vocal, Solo." Yana performed two songs – "I Will Be the Queen" and "Fetyulka." The performance of the young vocalist greatly impressed both the audience and the jury members. Yana became a second-degree laureate. The reward for the girl was a Diploma and a statuette. By the way, the recording of the music for the two songs was made at a studio in Minsk, by the renowned sound engineer Alexander Basharov.
One can only admire the creative energy and purposefulness of the young artist. At the age of eight, Yana not only sings wonderfully but also studies excellently at secondary school, plays the piano with pleasure, and is engaged in choreography.
