A large number of tourists from various countries traditionally visit Belarus, who, in addition to leisure activities, are also actively engaged in shopping. Meat and dairy products, seeds for the dacha season, and other goods are very popular. In this regard, consumer goods of domestic production will be widely presented in stationary retail outlets and at fairs.
Sales and promotions offering discounts on in-demand and socially significant goods will be organized.
Local executive committees have developed schedules for fairs and mobile trade, taking into account coverage not only of the population in cities and district centers but also in small urban settlements, including border areas. Thus, fairs and mobile trade will be organized on April 14 in Voropayevo, on April 15 in Lyntupy, on April 16 in Verkhnedvinsk and Braslav, and on April 17 in Postavy.
Residents of the border regions of the Vitebsk region will be offered products from regional manufacturers: Verkhnedvinsk and Postavy branches of the regional consumer union, Verkhnedvinsk butter and cheese factory, Postavy dairy plant, branches of "Vitebskhlebprom," district agricultural enterprises, farms, the National Park "Braslav Lakes," and others.
