Staffing policy, new forms of work, and plans for the institution's development were discussed today during a working meeting between Veronika Khombak, Deputy Chairperson of the District Executive Committee, and representatives of the staff of the District Centre for Children and Youth.

Renovation work is nearing completion at the institution. The building's refurbishment will undoubtedly enhance the comfort level for both the centre's educators and the students. It is expected that the teaching process will also reach a qualitatively new level with these significant changes.

As Veronika Aleksandrovna noted, the Lepel District Centre for Children and Youth is staffed by highly professional individuals – people distinguished by outstanding talents, a creative spirit, and the ability to work with children.

Undoubtedly, all events held in our district under the auspices of the Centre become memorable occasions. They know how to engage children and nurture their talents. Nevertheless, the times demand new approaches to our work, so it is important to set ambitious goals and achieve them," said Veronika Khombak.

Incidentally, the Lepel District Centre for Children and Youth has a new head.

Alina Chernysheva has taken up the position of Director.

Alina Nikolaevna is originally from Lepel, but lived in Vitebsk for a long time: she studied at VSU named after P.M. Masherov and worked at her first job. By education, Alina Nikolaevna is a primary school teacher; additionally, she holds a degree in pedagogical sciences.
