Vyacheslav Pavlovich has higher education and management experience since 2003.

From 2022 to 2024, he headed the Lepel branch of the Vitebsk Regional Unitary Enterprise for Fuel Supply "Vitebskobltop", and from 2024 to 2025, he was the director of the Lepel Bakery.
