A meeting of the Lepel District Election Commission was held today. 5 issues were on the agenda. The main one was on the registration of candidates for deputies of the Lepel District Council of Deputies.
As it was noted, for the registration of candidates for deputies of the Lepel District Council of Deputies, the district election commission received the necessary documents within the established deadlines in accordance with the requirements of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Belarus. 65 people submitted their documents for registration as candidates for deputies of the Lepel District Council of Deputies.
Having checked the compliance of the nomination procedure for candidates for
deputies of the Lepel District Council of Deputies with the requirements of the
Electoral Code of the Republic of Belarus and the documents necessary for
candidate registration, the Lepel District
Election Commission, in accordance with Article 68 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Belarus, decided to register 59 candidates for deputies of the Lepel District Council of Deputies.
The list of candidates will be published in the newspaper and on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee.
