Employees of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations are holding safety days in the district's health resorts.
During visits, children are given talks on fire safety measures and rules for safe behaviour on water during the summer holidays, examples of child fatalities in water bodies are provided, and educational films are demonstrated. Children are also given the opportunity to view fire-fighting equipment and emergency rescue equipment. Excursions to Fire and Rescue Station No. 1 in Lepel are conducted for schoolchildren, where they have the opportunity to visit the museum, learn about the duty shift's service procedures, and the equipment and machinery in the station's arsenal. All health resorts in the district will be visited during the campaign.
