In Lepel, house 81 on Voykova Street was modernised, and capital repairs began on house 40 on Internatsionalnaya Street.
In 2007, repaired roofs appeared in the town on houses 80 and 82 “a” on Kalinin Street, and the capital repair of house 40 on Internatsionalnaya Street was completed. House 1 on Sadovaya Street in Domzheritsy was properly brought into order and capital repaired. Builders in the town began repairs on houses 15 on Partizanskaya Street and 45 on Internatsionalnaya Street.

-- In 2008-2009, in Lepel, the roof of house 15 on Partizanskaya Street was repaired, windows were replaced, the building's facade was insulated, general construction work was carried out, external and internal water supply and sewage networks were replaced, a heat point was equipped, the house was connected to natural gas, and landscaping was done. 336.3 million rubles were allocated for the capital repair of this house in 2008, and 222.3 million rubles in 2009.
In 2008, capital repairs of the roof and heat point of house 17 on Partizanskaya Street began. First, the roof was done for 75.8 million rubles, and then over 20 million rubles were spent on equipping the heat point.
In general, 2008 became a "fruitful" year for roof repairs in urban houses: 4 “a” on Mira Street, 29 on Internatsionalnaya Street, 49 on Sovetskaya Street, 52 and 54 on Chuykova Street, 79 and 81 on Kalinin Street. Thermal rehabilitation of house 54 on Internatsionalnaya Street began, an external gas pipeline was laid to house 45 on Sovetskaya Street, and a technical inspection of house 68 on Kalinin Street was carried out.
Capital repair and modernisation of the engineering networks of house 45 on Internatsionalnaya Street continued. In 2009 alone, 327.3 million rubles were spent on this.
