A complex of buildings of a former collective farm, located in the village of Bolshiye Stayki, Gorodok District, was put up for auction for the first time, immediately with a starting price equal to 15 base units. The complex includes 3 calf sheds, 3 livestock premises, a livestock breeder's house, warehouses, a fire station, and a weigh station. There were 2 buyers for this price. During the bidding, the price increased more than 300 times and amounted to 127 thousand rubles. For this price, the complex of collective farm buildings was acquired by a private agricultural enterprise from the village of Palminka, Gorodok District. It is planned to grow bulls on the new premises to increase the enterprise's cattle herd.

Also on June 22, three school buildings with a workshop, a shed, a toilet, and a veranda, located at the address: Gluboksky District, village of Zaprudye, Tsentralnaya Street, 50A, were sold at auction. The school buildings had not been used since 2017, when it was decided to involve them in economic circulation by selling them at auction. The 7 auctions announced during this time were unsuccessful. This time, the school was put up with a starting price equal to 3 base units. There was one buyer for this price – an individual, a resident of Minsk, who purchased it for 85 rubles. The new owner plans to use the acquired school for the development of agro-ecotourism in the Gluboksky District.

A garage building with a total area of 27 sq. m., located at the address: Verkhnedvinsk, Gagarina Street, 58V, was put up for auction for the first time and was sold for 860 rubles to the only buyer – an individual, a resident of Verkhnedvinsk.

School buildings, located in the village of Karasino, Braslav District, were put up for auction for the 13th time, this time with a starting price equal to three base units. As a result, the school was sold for 85 rubles to an individual, a resident of the village of Murmishki, Braslav District.

In total, since the beginning of the year, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee has held 51 successful auctions, which has made it possible to find new owners for unused state property and, at the same time, to replenish the regional budget by more than 1.3 million rubles.
