On November 2, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA /. Polotsk and Verkhnedvinsk districts will assemble a team of future leaders. Young specialists from the two neighboring districts will present their own vision for the development of the territories in 2015, Natalia Egorova, head of the youth affairs department of the Polotsk District Executive Committee, told a BELTA correspondent. The presentation will take place within the framework of the inter-district competition "Team of the Future," organized by the Polotsk District Executive Committee. Each team includes 15 young people working in agriculture, industrial enterprises, and the social sector. Projects for the development of the industries in which the contestants are employed will be presented to the jury, which will include representatives of the district administrations. Young people need to show how they see the future of enterprises and districts, and defend their point of view. As Natalia Egorova noted, this will allow local authorities to assess the potential of young workers, form an impression of them as potential candidates for leadership positions, and possibly include some of the contestants in the personnel reserve. It is not excluded that local authorities will adopt realistically implementable projects. For young specialists, this competition will become a platform for presenting their ideas and, equally importantly, will allow them to meet colleagues and find common interests.
