The draft budget of the Union State for 2020 will be considered on October 25 in Minsk at a meeting of the commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia for Social and Youth Policy, Science, Culture and Humanitarian Affairs, the press service of the assembly informed BELTA.
"Information on the draft decree of the Supreme State Council of the Union State "On the Budget of the Union State for 2020" and on the progress of implementing priority areas and immediate tasks for the further development of the Union State for 2018-2022 will be presented to the parliamentarians," the press service noted. "Deputies will summarise the results of the Union State events held in 2019, discuss promising areas of work for the commission of the Parliamentary Assembly for Social and Youth Policy, Science, Culture and Humanitarian Affairs in 2020, and also consider issues of the activities of the Youth Chamber under the Parliamentary Assembly."
Before the meeting, a meeting of the deputies of the Parliamentary Assembly and the leadership of the administration of the Leninsky District of Minsk will take place.
Deputies of the Parliamentary Assembly, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Union State and the Youth Chamber under the Parliamentary Assembly, and the leadership of the administration of the Leninsky District of Minsk will take part in the commission's work.
