50 auctions announced for September, 11 of which at the base rate
Among the production facilities, investors may be interested in the former construction base of Chashnikskaya PMK-71 in Novolukoml, which is offered for sale at auction for 7 base rates. The construction base has not been used since 2017. It includes a repair and mechanical workshop, a carpentry shop, a four-story administrative building, and warehouses.
Also offered are many unused housing construction facilities – six former residential buildings have been put up for auction, with three of them to be sold with a descending auction step.
Many facilities are offered with an 80% reduction in assessed value – a production and utility building in Gorodok district, two bath and laundry complexes, five former post offices.
For the first 8 months of this year, the committee held 85 successful auctions totaling 2.6 million rubles, which exceeds the figures for the same period last year – 75 auctions for 1.9 million rubles.
