The production facility previously belonged to the Vitebsk branch of Belarusian Railway and was recently used for unloading cement from wagons and storing cement in warehouses.

The facility had not been used since last year, and a decision was made to sell it at auction. On May 20, the property was put up for auction for the third time, this time with an 80% reduction in its appraised value.

There were three buyers for this price. During the bidding, the price increased 2.5 times, and at the 14th auction step, the production facility was sold for 147,000 rubles to a private enterprise from Vitebsk.

Since the beginning of the year, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee has announced a total of 194 auctions, 42 of which were successful. The most in-demand properties are those sold at the base rate and with an 80% price reduction, of which there were 34 auctions. This year, unused state property worth 803,000 rubles has been sold.
