Citizens of the Republic of Belarus who are eligible for appointment to civil service (hereinafter referred to as civil service) in accordance with the legislation on civil service may participate in the competition.
Qualification requirements for competition participants:- Higher professional education (preferably law). Additional training or secondary vocational (vocational-technical) education in record keeping is welcomed;
- Civil service experience or a valid record of passing a qualification examination;
- Proficiency in the state languages of the Republic of Belarus, good knowledge of labour and civil legislation on civil service;
- Skills in using the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), the republican system for receiving and processing citizens' and legal entities' appeals, and the personalised accounting system;
- Skills in document management, document archiving, control and coordination of the organisation's work processes;
- Responsibility, self-organisation, trainability.Individuals wishing to participate in the competition shall submit an application to the Chairperson of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, attaching the following documents:- Application form for civil service;
- Copies of education documents;
- Conclusion of the medical advisory commission of a state healthcare organisation on the absence (presence) of diseases preventing the performance of official duties in the civil service and work with state secrets.Documents are accepted until 09.07.2024 at the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee (Vitebsk, Gogol St., 2 - 1st floor, reception, office No. 3) or via email at kaiskadr@vitobl.by
