In total, over 11 months, the employment service helped more than 15.7 thousand residents of the region find permanent employment, including almost 6 thousand unemployed individuals. Slightly over 400 people received assistance in employment: to enhance their competitiveness among job seekers, they were sent for training in specialties most in demand in the region's labour market. Unemployed individuals were also offered a beneficial option – to start their own business with state support. From January to November, 110 people received subsidies for this purpose.
When taking up a desired vacancy, unemployed individuals can relocate to another settlement to live closer to their workplace and commute more quickly. 23 families took advantage of this opportunity. Another 25 unemployed residents of the region were employed within the framework of gaining practical work experience.
Student youth also approached the employment service to find part-time work during their free time from studies. Over 11 months, more than 4.4 thousand citizens in this category were able to work and earn funds for personal needs.
From January to November, approximately 3.1 thousand people participated in paid public works.
