Vitebsk Regional Property Committee: Administrative Building in Shumilino Sold at Auction with Price Exceeding by Almost 1.5 Thousand Times

The administrative building with garages located at 18 Leninskaya Street in the center of Shumilino urban settlement was put up for auction for the first time, starting at one base value.

Two buyers expressed interest in this lot. During the bidding, the price increased almost 1500 times, and at the 53rd auction step, the administrative building was sold for 42,991 Belarusian rubles to a private company from Vitebsk. In the future, they plan to open an aesthetics studio here.

This year, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee has already held 37 successful auctions, with the majority of them (20 auctions) conducted at the base value. The total revenue amounted to over 1.5 million Belarusian rubles, which significantly exceeds the previous year's figure (975 thousand Belarusian rubles).
