70 auctions scheduled for December, 25 of which at the base rate

The Vitebsk Regional Property Committee will for the first time organise an auction for the sale of the Vovzhetsky noble estate in the village of Vidzy-Lovchinskie, Braslav district. The bidding is scheduled for December 29, with a sale price of 308 thousand rubles. The lot includes two capital structures with a total area of about 955 sq.m on the shore of Lake Dvornoye, as well as an artesian well located on the territory, with confirmed unique water quality.

The most extensive lot will be the former production site of the Plissa flax mill, liquidated in 2017. The site includes over 20 buildings and structures on a 13-hectare area. The flax mill site is offered for sale at auction for the base rate.

A former recreation centre in Polotsk district, located 2 km from the village of Yemelyaniki near Lake Turovlya, may arouse great interest among buyers. This lake is part of the Ushachi lake group, which are connected by river channels and are comparable in beauty to the Braslav lakes. The recreation centre is offered for sale for only 34 thousand rubles.

More detailed information on the offered properties can be found on the committee's website, as well as by phone at +375(212)-65-34-71.
