On October 17, the administrative building was offered with an 80% price reduction. As a result, the building was acquired for 335,726 rubles by the sole buyer, who plans to use it for production activities.

The new owner is "Mark Formel" LLC from Minsk, one of the leading Belarusian manufacturers of knitted women's, men's, and children's clothing.
