As the President noted, the Constitution enshrined the democratic principles of social development – guarantees of human rights and freedoms, ensuring legality and law and order, strengthening civil accord and stability. "And today, the Basic Law allows us to confidently move forward on the path of creating a strong state with a highly developed modern economy, an effective social protection system, a distinctive national culture, and an authoritative international policy," the Belarusian leader noted.
