On the Polotsk-Vitebsk road in the village of Strunye, State Automobile Inspectorate officers detained a Mercedes Sprinter vehicle driven by a 35-year-old unemployed resident of Polotsk, who was transporting 76,000 packs of "Premier" cigarettes of Belarusian production worth over Br200 million.
