The debureaucratization in Belarus must be comprehensive. This opinion was expressed by the Head of the Presidential Administration, Alexander Kosinets, on the air of the Belarus 1 TV channel, according to BELTA.
"Debureaucratization must be comprehensive, that is, total, covering issues of the management apparatus at any level: starting from the government and ending with district executive committees," said the Head of the Presidential Administration.
Alexander Kosinets added that debureaucratization should also apply to the consideration of citizens' appeals. "So that people do not walk for years to solve important issues," he explained. At the same time, the Head of the Presidential Administration noted that Alexander Lukashenko emphasized the problem of "professional complainants" who only waste the time of those who consider their appeals. According to him, the number of such complainants is quite small.
"Every citizen's appeal must be evaluated, weighed, and analyzed. The person must be provided with assistance. The Presidential Administration is the face of the head of state. We act on behalf of the head of state. There should be no missteps or insinuations here. There must be truth, justice, and an honest attitude towards people. Any, even the smallest problem that arises for them, must be resolved promptly and quickly. There are no small problems for people," emphasized Alexander Kosinets.
In addition, he touched upon the topic of optimizing the state apparatus. "It is necessary to very seriously and thoroughly study, first of all, all functional responsibilities, the number of people who perform them. Ultimately, optimization must be carried out so that there are no repetitions, so that there are no people who simply sit in chairs doing nothing," he said. The most important thing, according to Alexander Kosinets, is that the work is performed qualitatively and on time, yielding results for the country.
