Group A included teams from Vitebsk, Lepel, and Glubokoe, while Group B comprised teams from Miory, Vitebsk District, and Orsha District.

Group A included teams from Vitebsk, Lepel, and Glubokoe, while Group B comprised teams from Miory, Vitebsk District, and Orsha District.
Our city's team was trained by coaches Viktor Matyushenko and Alexander Pritsker. In the match against Vitebsk footballers, they scored five goals. The game against Glubokoe athletes was even more dynamic, ending 6:2 in favour of Lepel. The fight for first and second place was against the team from Vitebsk District. The opponent proved strong – 0:0 in regular time. In the penalty shootout, victory was eventually snatched – 8:7, thereby securing a place in the national competitions in September.
