A large consignment of non-ferrous metal has been detained in Dokshytsy District, the Information and Public Relations Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee informed a BELTA correspondent. Law enforcement officers and the State Customs Committee detained a "Scania" vehicle in the urban settlement of Begoml, driven by an individual entrepreneur, a resident of Minsk born in 1967, who was transporting 25 tonnes of non-ferrous metal scrap without the relevant documents. The preliminary value of the cargo is estimated at Br150 million. An administrative protocol has been drawn up regarding this fact. The cargo has been detained. An investigation is underway.-0-
